Start with the built-in guide

In the English app update, open Settings → Help → How to Use. It covers the free-to-spend calculation, expenses and transfers, future transactions, limits, goals, debts, and backups.

How to contact us

Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and interface language. Email: support@subze.pro.

Support receives your email address, message, and attachments but cannot access the app’s local database. See the Privacy Policy.

If a calculation looks wrong

Check actual balances of active accounts, unpaid and overdue mandatory payments, the selected horizon, and the reserve. Future income is not added to today’s free-to-spend amount; it may be included in the monthly plan forecast.

Edit a transaction

Open it in Transactions, then edit or delete it with confirmation. Undo restores the most recent change. Confirm a future transaction only after it actually occurs.

Backup and restore

Open Settings → Backup → Export Archive, acknowledge the warning, and choose a secure location in the iOS share sheet. The .svobodnoarchive file contains financial data and has no separate password.

To restore, choose Import Archive in the same section and review the summary. Confirming import replaces the current data. The app has no cloud synchronization.

Delete data

Settings → Data on This Device includes Delete All Data. This is permanent. Read the step-by-step deletion instructions first.

Availability

Svobodno requires an iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Version 1.0.0 is available on the App Store; an update with English localization is currently under App Store Review.
