In short: account names and balances, transactions, payments, plans, and goals stay on your iPhone. Svobodno does not send them to a server, and the developer cannot access them.
1. Scope and contact
This Policy describes data handling in the Svobodno iOS app, on app.subze.pro, and when you contact support. The Svobodno rights holder operates the website and determines how support requests are handled. Privacy questions: support@subze.pro.
2. Privacy principles
The app follows data minimization. It does not require an account, name, phone number, email address, card number, bank login, or SMS code. It does not connect to banks, transfer money, or send financial records to the developer.
3. Data inside the app
3.1 Data you may enter
- account names, types, and balances;
- income, expenses, transfers, dates, categories, notes, and tags;
- mandatory payments, dates, and recurrence;
- category plans, goals, reserve, income dates, and settings.
3.2 Purpose
This data is used on-device to calculate your free-to-spend amount, display transactions, plans, and goals, run search, schedule local reminders, and create backups.
3.3 Storage
Data is stored in the app’s local SwiftData container and local versioned snapshots. It is not sent to Svobodno servers and is not accessible to the developer.
4. Data the app does not collect
The app does not collect or transmit contact details, location, contacts, photos, card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, advertising identifiers, browsing history, or data from other apps. It contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs and does not request IDFA.
5. Local notifications
If you enable reminders, the app requests iOS notification permission. Notifications are created and delivered locally by your iPhone. Their text does not include an amount, payment name, or account name. You can revoke permission in iOS Settings.
6. Export, import, and backups
You may create a .svobodnoarchive file. Export is initiated by you and passed to the iOS share sheet. You choose where it is stored or who receives it; the developer does not receive a copy.
The archive contains financial information and is not protected by a separate archive password. Keep it secure. Any cloud, email, or other service you choose processes it under that service’s own terms.
7. The app.subze.pro website
7.1 Cookies and analytics
The website has no registration, account area, payment forms, audience analytics, advertising, or profiling. It does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
7.2 Technical logs
The web server automatically receives the IP address, request date and time, requested page, response code, transferred size, referrer, and user agent. This is necessary to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors.
Logs are not combined with app financial data or used for advertising. Logs rotate daily, and archived copies are retained for no more than 52 days.
8. Support messages
If you email support@subze.pro, support receives your sender address, subject, message, and attachments. They are used only to reply, diagnose the issue, protect legal rights, and meet mandatory requirements.
Do not send archives, card numbers, passwords, SMS codes, or screenshots containing sensitive information. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue and meet mandatory requirements. You may request deletion unless the law requires retention.
9. Service providers and disclosure
Financial records from the app are not disclosed to third parties. The hosting administrator and email provider may process technical logs and correspondence only as necessary to provide those services. Apple system services, including iOS and the App Store, operate under Apple’s terms. Svobodno does not sell or rent personal data.
10. Retention and deletion
- App data: on your iPhone until you delete a record or the app.
- Versioned snapshots: up to ten current on-device copies; older ones are replaced.
- Exported archives: under your control.
- Website logs: no more than 52 days.
- Correspondence: until the issue is resolved, and afterward only where a legal or protective basis applies.
See the data deletion instructions.
11. Security
Local data benefits from iOS security and your device passcode, if enabled. The website uses HTTPS. Reasonable measures restrict unauthorized access, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Protect your iPhone with a passcode and do not share archives with untrusted parties.
12. Your choices and rights
You can view, edit, and delete records; create a portable copy; disable notifications; remove all local data by deleting the app; and request information about or deletion of your support correspondence.
Send a request to support@subze.pro. We may ask you to verify control of the relevant email correspondence. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
13. Children
The app is not directed specifically to children and does not collect their data. If a child sends data in a support email, contact us so it can be deleted.
14. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may change when the app, website, or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this address, with its effective date shown above.
15. Contact
For privacy, processing, or deletion questions, email support@subze.pro.
